About the Family Health Clinic
Come visit us and feel the difference ~ an Exceptional Team, providing Exceptional Care to an Exceptional Lockyer Community ...
Dr.Mohammed Sultan, owner and Practice Principal, has served the Lockyer Valley community for the past 19 years, and together with his dedicated team looks forward to continue bringing and facilitating as many health services as possible to the Valley.
The Family Health Clinic is situated in the main street of Gatton, in the Lockyer Valley, is a multidisciplinary medical centre, with specialist general practitioners, full time registered nurses, as well as several Allied Healthcare Practitioners, Specialists and QML Pathology Services.
The Lockyer Valley is on the traditional lands of the Ugarapul and Kitabul Aboriginal peoples.
Established in 2006, the Family Health Clinic underwent a massive modern extension renovation in 2018, which has seen the Clinic grow significantly, to one which now brings an extensive range of Healthcare services to the Lockyer Valley, for the convenience of Our patients, whilst still providing Exceptional Personal Care.
We are also a Government accredited Yellow Fever Vaccination centre, and also provide all travel immunisations and perform onsite Q Fever skin test and immunisations.
Proud winners of the Lockyer Valley Regional Council Business Awards for the Peoples Choice Award in 2016 & 2018; the Health & Professional Services Award in 2016 and again in 2019; and Employee of the Year for our Practice Manager in 2018.
Our vision is to be the leader in providing comprehensive medical care to the Lockyer Valley community, with the very best personal professional care, and these values have been Our Clinic's point of difference over the years.
