Appointments
Online appointments are now available for your convenience at Family Health Clinic Gatton.
If you require an appointment for your regular GP, it is advised you make appointments early, even up to a week or two in advance.
If you are unable to attend a booked appointment, PLEASE call us at 5462 2155 to cancel within 24 hours. This will allow another patient requiring more urgent care to be fitted in.
Repeated non attendances or cancelling within 2 hours of your appointment will attract a cancellation fee of $30.
For an urgent medical consultation, if there are no online appointments available please call 07 5462 2155 and our staff will endeavour to offer a fit-in appointment wherever possible, with an available Doctor.

Please note that we now use the HotDoc app for all Online Appointments, send out SMS confirming appointments which you will receive 24 hours prior to your appointment, and for all recalls and other reminders.
This helps our patients make appointments 24/7. We also use the HotDoc app and the Kiosk in our Clinic to check in when you arrive for your appointment, and for new patients to register and update their information. |
